Short-Stay Apartments
Calla has 4 so-called short-stay apartments which are offered for rent for short periods. This rental period can consist of a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of a few months. The house at De Klok 407 is executed as a 3-room apartment.
The houses are equipped with a luxury kitchen with a composite worktop, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and combi microwave. The bathroom is also complete. A luxurious, atmospheric space finished with tiling in warm taupe tones. The bathroom has a sink, shower corner with draingoot and thermostatic tap and (second) toilet. All properties are equipped with a safe for storing your personal belongings.
In addition to the underfloor heating and cooling in every home, Calla has a number of special facilities that can be used by all residents.
Binnentuin
On the first floor (entrance) is the ''Binnentuin''. Here you will find a coffee corner and cozy living rooms where you can chat with your fellow residents, read a newspaper or play a game. In addition, the following facilities are available on the courtyard:

Rental conditions
The apartments in Calla can only be rented to tenants with a minimum age of 50+. The rental price is excluding € 75.00 reservation costs and € 150.00 final cleaning.
