Even though we don't have a communal living room, we are an active house where there is always something to do and that nothing lacks social cohesion and joie de vivre. Our house has 5 men, consisting of 2 HJs (1 HJ delight), 2 men who are at the end of their master's degree and 1 worker. We have many common interests and activities, such as a weekly cocktail and movie night every Tuesday, lots of gaming (including board games) and an annual winter sports trip to Austria. Not to mention the spontaneous drinks and relaxing on our balcony! Now about the room: The room is 6m² and equipped with a built-in loft bed to make the most of the available space. In addition, the room has its own sink. The rent is €200 per month, including an advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. The consent will take place on 30 April at 19:00.
