The room is available from February 25. We love to eat together, catch a festival, or go on a silly adventure during one of our legendary house weekends, house parties or date dinners. We have a spacious kitchen, shared bathroom, washing machine and of course internet. Big pluses are the large living room and the spacious backyard on the water where the weber certainly appears at the first sun. It is a 10-minute bike ride from Delft Central Station and TU Delft and a 3-minute walk from a Lidl. The rent is 490 euros per month for a room of 10 m2. And there is the possibility to take over furniture.
