Hi! I (Rens), a 3rd year student, am looking for a subtenant for when I am on exchange from September 2025 to January 2026. I therefore only rent out my room for this period of 4 months and not for a longer or shorter period. My room will be rented furnished with a bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe, shelving unit and wall shelf. I live with two good friends (20 years old) in a prime location in Leiden. Less than 10 minutes by bike from the center in Leidendorp you will find the Zijldonk: an apartment complex for young and old. The De Kopermolen shopping center is a 3-minute walk away and within a 10-minute walk you are in the fresh polder landscape that surrounds Leiden. Really an ideal place! Our apartment is (mainly by my roommate) very nice and colorfully decorated and there is enough space in our large living room to get guests over. It is important to say that (despite the fact that all three of us are students) this is not a typical student residence! Everything is neat and clean and after last year's renovation we have a new kitchen, ws, bathroom and floor. In addition, we have a spacious balcony, facing east, where you can enjoy the morning sun.
